Beef chashushili
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
300 g beef
150 g onion
80 g red bell pepper
2-3 cloves of garlic
30 g butter
2 medium tomatoes
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 green pepper
small bunch of coriander
0.5 teaspoon dried coriander
Salt and red pepper to taste
2 peppercorns
- Finely chop the onion and fry in the oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped beef.
Add the tomato paste dissolved in a little water.
Then add bell peppers and chopped tomatoes. Cook until the meat is soft, about an hour and a half.
At the end, add ground coriander and cilantro, allspice, grated garlic. Salt to taste. Cook for another 4-5 minutes. Help yourself to a dish! - Bon appetit!
