Greek potato salad
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
Potatoes 500 g
Green onions a few stalks
Capers 2 tsp.
Olives
Feta cheese 100 g
Dill
Olive oil
Sugar half a teaspoon
Lemon juice
Greek yogurt
Tomato 1 pc
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
- Boil the potatoes. When cool, peel and cut into small pieces. In a small bowl, dissolve the sugar in the lemon juice, add the olive oil, yogurt, salt and pepper. Mix well. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Cut the tomato into slices.
Add chopped green onions, capers, halved olives, cheese and finely chopped dill to the potatoes. Mix well. Pour the dressing over the potatoes and mix again. Help yourself to a dish! - Bon appetit!
