Ingredients (for 1 serving):

cocoa powder, it is better to give preference to alkalized – 60 grams;
eggs – 3 pieces;
wheat flour – 120 grams;
vanilla sugar – 8 grams;
salt – 1/3 tsp;
sugar – 150 grams;
vegetable oil – 55 grams (60 ml);
baking powder – 1 teaspoon;
instant coffee – 1 teaspoon.

    Directions

    • All products, in particular eggs, should be at room temperature.
    • Pour all the cocoa, coffee, regular and vanilla sugar, salt into the bowl. Add vegetable oil and use a mixer to rub the products into a homogeneous thick mass. At this stage, turn on the mixer at the minimum speed.
    • Add eggs to the chocolate and sugar mass one at a time. After each, beat for 1 minute. Work at medium mixer speed.
    • In a bowl, mix the baking powder and flour with a whisk. And then in 2 steps add to the liquid part of the dough. Knead the dough with a spatula.
    • Cover the chocolate dough in a bowl with food film or cellophane in contact. Put it in the refrigerator for at least 1.5 hours, at most at night.
    • Roll balls with a diameter of 3 cm with your hands. It is abundant to roll them on all sides in powdered sugar, there is no need to shake off the excess. Spread them on a baking tray
    • Bake cookies in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. After that, let it cool down completely. During the baking process, the cookies crack. A glossy middle should look out of the cracks.
