Ingredients (for 2 servings):

4 cups water
350 g polenta corn grits
200 g sausage
100 g minced pork
100 g butter
100 g mushrooms
150 g parmesan
1 Small onion
1 spoonful of tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste


    • Bring the water to the boil. Pour in the grits a little at a time, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Salt and cook for 10-15 minutes.Polenta with cheese in the oven

      In a large frying pan fry the onion with 50 grams of oil, add the pork mince lightly fry. Then add tomato sauce and mushrooms, sausage. Season with salt and pepper.
