Azerbaijani-style lamb khashlama
Ingredients
1 kg of lamb
1/2 tablespoon salt
3-4 peppercorns
3-4 onions
1 cup of red wine
3-4 tomatoes
4-5 sweet peppers

- Cut the lamb into small pieces (5-6 cm each) and rinse well.
Cut the vegetables into slices.
Place the ingredients in the vat (except the spices) in the following layers: meat, onion, sweet pepper, tomatoes. You can repeat again in the same order. Then add a glass of red wine and water (if necessary, if needed).
Place it on low heat and cook for approximately 1 hour.
Add the peppercorns, salt and any other spices you like. Leave the dish on the heat for another 25 minutes.
