Ingredients (for 1 serving):

300 g beef
150 g onion
80 g red bell pepper
2-3 cloves of garlic
30 g butter
2 medium tomatoes
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 green pepper
small bunch of coriander
0.5 teaspoon dried coriander
Salt and red pepper to taste
2 peppercorns

    • Finely chop the onion and fry in the oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped beef.
      Add the tomato paste dissolved in a little water.
      Then add bell peppers and chopped tomatoes. Cook until the meat is soft, about an hour and a half.
