Ingredients (for 1 serving):

Ingredients for Loco Moco
200 g ground beef
150 g rice
1 tsp panko (breading mix)
half a bulb
1 tsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. olive oil
50 g mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 cup broth
½ tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Bourbon
1 egg

    • Add the ground beef, panko, onion, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper to a bowl and mix.
Divide the mixture into 4 portions and form 4 cutlets, about 2 cm thick.
Heat a frying pan over a medium heat, add the oil. Fry until the cutlets are cooked through.
Transfer to a plate and fry the mushrooms.
While the mushrooms are cooking, put the rice on to boil.
Pull the mushrooms apart, melt butter in the center and add flour. Fry everything together until brown.
Remove the skillet from the heat and whisk in the beef broth, soy sauce and bourbon.
Once the mixture is smooth and lump-free, return to the stove and bring to a boil, cooking until the sauce is nice and thick.
Separately, fry the shallots until golden. Prepare the glaze separately.
To prepare the Loco Moco, first place the hot rice on a plate. Place the beef cutlets on top and then sprinkle with a handful of fried shallots. Pour the mushroom sauce over everything, and then top with a fried egg. Help yourself to a dish!Loco Moco
